The Journal of International Commercial Law and Technology (JICLT) (ISSN: 1901-8401, Online ISSN: Applied) is an academic, peer-reviewed, and open-access scholarly publication dedicated to advancing knowledge in the intersecting fields of international commercial law and technology.
Originally established in 2006 and published until 2015 by the International Association of IT Lawyers (IAITL), the journal earned recognition as a global platform for academics, legal practitioners, industry experts, and policymakers to exchange ideas and critically examine the evolving relationship between law, commerce, and technology.
In 2025, the journal was revived and relaunched under the new stewardship of the Kuwait Scientific Society, with an editorial team committed to restoring its legacy and expanding its reach. The publication now continues its mission to serve as a forum for high-quality research, informed debate, and innovative perspectives on legal and technological issues affecting cross-border trade and digital commerce.
