To counter these threats, a network of national and international anti-corruption laws has taken shape, imposing strict rules and compliance burdens on businesses worldwide. This article examines the legal architecture governing anti-corruption in international business, evaluates enforcement trends and challenges, and considers the impact on international commerce.
